Safety, Health and Environmental Policy
Trident Steel, a stockist, processor, distributor and tube manufacturer of various types of steel, recognises the impact our activities, products and services can have on people and the environment and is therefore committed to the following:
- To develop, document, implement and maintain Safety, Health and Environmental programs.
- Subject us to audits to ensure compliance.
- Comply with relevant Safety, Health and Environmental legislation and other requirements which the company subscribes to.
- Provide a framework to identify, assess and manage risks, which may impact positively or negatively on the health and safety of our employees and the environment, and prevent pollution through setting and reviewing objectives and targets through a management system.
- Converse with suppliers and contractors to adhere to the Trident Steel codes of practices and conform, as a minimum, to relevant Safety, Health and Environmental legislation.
- Communicate the importance of following practices consistent with this policy to employees and persons working on behalf of the company.
- Continue to improve our Safety, Health and Environmental performance.
